This Privacy Policy describes our policies and procedures on the collection, use and disclosure of your information when you use the Service, and tells you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.

We use your Personal Data to provide and improve the Service. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Interpretation and Definitions​

Interpretation​

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions​

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:

• Account means a unique account created for you to access our Service or parts of our Service. This includes a guest account created automatically when you first open the Application.
• Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where "control" means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
• Application refers to Y.A.S.S. (Yet Another Spider Solitaire), the software program provided by the Company for iOS and Android.
• Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Policy) refers to ThreeTen Labs LLC, 4536 Meadowview Drive, Lima, OH 45805.
• Country refers to: Ohio, United States.
• Device means any device that can access the Service, such as a cellphone or a digital tablet.
• Personal Data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual.
• Service refers to the Application.
• Service Provider means any natural or legal person who processes the data on behalf of the Company. It refers to third-party companies employed by the Company to facilitate the Service, to provide the Service on behalf of the Company, to perform services related to the Service, or to assist the Company in analyzing how the Service is used.
• Usage Data refers to data collected automatically, either generated by the use of the Service or from the Service infrastructure itself.
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service.

Collecting and Using Your Personal Data​

Account Information​

When you first open the Application we create a guest account for you, identified by a random user ID. A guest account contains no personal information.

If you choose to sign in with Apple or Google, we receive and store:

• your email address (if you use Sign in with Apple's "Hide My Email", this is the relay address Apple provides);
• your name, which you may replace with a display name of your choosing, or keep the one we generate for you;
• a profile picture provided by your sign-in provider, if there is one, or an avatar we generate for you.

We do not receive your Apple or Google password.

Gameplay Data​

We store your scores, game statistics (such as games played, wins, times and moves), achievements, and your Deal of the Day results, linked to your account. A game in progress is saved on your Device.

Purchases​

If you buy the Remove Ads upgrade, the purchase is made through the App Store or Google Play. We receive a record of the purchase so we can verify it with Apple or Google and restore it to your account. We never receive your payment card or billing details.

Usage Data​

Usage Data is collected automatically when using the Service. It may include your Device's Internet Protocol (IP) address, the type of Device you use, your Device's operating system and version, app version, unique device and app-instance identifiers, the features of the Service you use, the time and date of your use, and other diagnostic data.

Advertising Data​

The Application shows ads between games, served by Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads, AdMob may collect your Device's advertising identifier, your IP address (from which an approximate location can be inferred), information about the ads you see and interact with, and diagnostic data. See Advertising and Tracking below for your choices.

Crash and Diagnostic Data​

If the Application crashes or encounters an error, a crash report is sent to us through Firebase Crashlytics. It contains technical information about your Device and the state of the Application at the time. Crash reports are not linked to your account.

Push Notifications​

On Android, the Application may send notifications, such as when a new Deal of the Day is available. To do this, your Device is assigned a notification token by Firebase Cloud Messaging. You can turn notifications off at any time in your Device's settings.

Location​

The Application does not request access to your Device's location. An approximate location may be inferred from your IP address by our Service Providers, as described above.

Use of Your Personal Data​

The Company may use Personal Data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including to save your progress, run the leaderboards and achievements, and monitor the usage of our Service.
• To manage your Account: to manage your registration as a user of the Service, and to keep your progress when a guest account is signed in.
• For the performance of a contract: to verify, deliver and restore purchases you make through the Service.
• To show advertising that keeps the Application free, as described in Advertising and Tracking.
• To contact you: through push notifications about the Service, or by email in reply to a request you make to us.
• To manage your requests: to attend to and manage your requests to us.
• For business transfers: we may use your information to evaluate or conduct a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, in which Personal Data held by us about our Service users is among the assets transferred.
• For other purposes: such as data analysis, identifying usage trends, finding and fixing crashes and errors, and evaluating and improving our Service.

Service Providers We Use​

We share Personal Data with the following Service Providers, only as needed for the purposes above. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy, and how Google uses information from apps that use its services is described at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Apple's privacy policy is at apple.com/legal/privacy.

Sharing Your Personal Data​

We do not sell your Personal Data. We may share your personal information in the following situations:

• With Service Providers: as listed above.
• With other users: your display name, avatar and scores are shown on the public leaderboards, where other players can see them.
• For business transfers: we may share or transfer your personal information in connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of Company assets, financing, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business to another company.
• With Affiliates: in which case we will require those Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.
• With your consent: we may disclose your personal information for any other purpose with your consent.

Advertising and Tracking​

Ads are how the Application stays free. They are served by Google AdMob, and ad content is limited to material suitable for a teen audience.

• On iPhone and iPad, the Application asks once for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites, using Apple's App Tracking Transparency. If you allow it, ads may be personalised using your Device's advertising identifier. If you do not, ads are not personalised with it. You will see the same number of ads either way. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
• On Android, you can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your Device's Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact location varies by Device).
• Remove Ads: if you buy the Remove Ads upgrade, no ads are shown, and the iPhone tracking prompt is not shown.

Retention of Your Personal Data​

The Company will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, and to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

The Company will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.

Transfer of Your Personal Data​

Your information, including Personal Data, is processed by us and by our Service Providers, and may be transferred to and maintained on computers located outside of your state, province or country, including in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

The Company will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

Delete Your Personal Data​

You have the right to delete or request that we assist in deleting the Personal Data that we have collected about you.

• In the app: if you are signed in, go to Settings and choose Delete Account. This deletes your profile (including your email address, name, avatar and statistics) and your sign-in account.
• Leaderboards: scores you have already earned stay on the leaderboards, under the name they were earned with, until another player beats them. If you would like them removed, email us.
• By email: to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any other Personal Data we hold about you, including achievement and purchase records, email hello@threetenlabs.com from the address on your account, or include your player name.

Please note that we may need to retain certain information when we have a legal obligation or lawful basis to do so, such as records of purchases.

Disclosure of Your Personal Data​

Business Transactions​

If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred. We will provide notice before your Personal Data is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.

Law enforcement​

Under certain circumstances, the Company may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

Other legal requirements​

The Company may disclose your Personal Data in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to:

• Comply with a legal obligation
• Protect and defend the rights or property of the Company
• Prevent or investigate possible wrongdoing in connection with the Service
• Protect the personal safety of users of the Service or the public
• Protect against legal liability

Security of Your Personal Data​

The security of your Personal Data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Your data is stored with Google Firebase, and access to it is restricted so that only you can read your own profile. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

Children's Privacy​

Our Service is intended for users aged 13 and over and does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from anyone under the age of 13 without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

Links to Other Websites​

Our Service may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us, including ads. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies or practices of any third-party sites or services.

Changes to this Privacy Policy​

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date at the top. For material changes, we will also let you know through a notice in the Service before the change becomes effective.

You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
